An exciting new development of 65 beautiful supported living apartments is situated in the heart of the National Forest for over 55’s. We were working closely with BRP architects on this one to help develop marketing material which would be used to help their client sell off plan. A series of CGIs were created, along with a short animation, to envisage the development which was opened on September 2021.
Ashby-de-la-Zouch was a bustling spa town in the nineteenth century. One of its most popular springs was on the perimeter of the former Holywell Spring Farm.
This new development is built on the site of the old farm, taking inspiration from nature and history to produce apartments dedicated to health and wellbeing.
Bringing 2D to life
In order to enhance how the apartments would look once complete, we created still imagery along with a 3D cutaway of 3 key apartment. These help to show prospective owners their internal layouts in a more enhanced way when compared to traditional 2D plans.
Boasts a bistro, a beauty salon and a community hub where residents can socialise with their guests
The one and two bed homes sit alongside communal areas such as a hairdressers and bistro for emh care & support to create an inclusive environment that brings together people of all ages.
